Have not got the product

Worst online retailer ever.

I got my stuff, but it took 2 weeks to ship. They charged my card then disappeared for 2 weeks. No response. No confirmation or tracking, no answer to phone calls.

The product is fine, the retailer is the worst. I feel lucky I got my items at all. Do your research. This place ignoring basic customer communication is a 1 star company at best.

Interchangable parts

So this coil-bowl works on another device I have as well. Both the Motar and Orbit utilize the same thread into base "lightbulb" configuration. The bowls are functionally interchangeable between brands and this is a good thing when shortages limit supply.

ispire dabb

I received a dabb dab rig by Ispire May 2025. There was no warranty card or user manual. Everything was not in plastic and had finger prints all over it. The box wasn't packed like it was new. Either a returned product or a display model. I paid a new price for it and was expecting an unboxed product. I will most likely not be buying from Vape Pen sales again. I used to live down the street from this store and was proud to buy and support a home town store. Sad.
