Does not produce any vapor. It just destroys whatever you put in it. Terrible idea and product.

Shitty packing

I gave it one star because I was so looking forward to using this itemizer just to receive it with a busted coil inside of it still have not received another one. It’s been 11 days now contacted them. I’ve ordered another one been waiting four days for that one and still waiting.

Inoperable. The heating element was crooked. Never worked.
