It is important to test your purchase BEFORE loading any wax or dry herb material. We can not accept returns or offer replacements on any part(s) which have residue of wax or dry herb material.
Do NOT under any circumstances send us any product, part, or device containing the residue of any substance banned under South Dakota or Federal law.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are happy to work with our customer to cover any defective item within our warranty period. If you have a defective item and it has been used we will verify the defect by video and pictures. Customers must NOT send back any used item. Federal law prohibits the mailing of items with residue of any substance banned under federal law. We will NOT attempt to identify residue on items received. To protect our business we must immediately destroy any such items. No credit will be issued for any item mailed to us in used condition. NO EXCEPTIONS. Customers may be criminally liable for mailing any item containing banned substances.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note we are not able to change or alter an order before it ships in most cases. While we welcome a return if you order the wrong item, we can not guarantee an order will be cancelled before it is shipped. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from returns. This may be more than the original shipping charge as in many cases we cover part of the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on non-warranty returns.
We may require video submission to support warranty claims for used/opened products. Video submission must occur during warranty term.
Our fraud verification system approves or declines and order, in part, based on shipping address. We can NOT change the shipping address on an order once payment has been completed. While we are happy to attempt cancellation we can not guarantee a particular order will be cancelled prior to shipping. It is important that you verify you have the correct shipping address entered at the time your order is placed.
Our return policy gives customers 30 days to return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging.
We will replace or repair defective parts for 30 days. We are not responsible for improper use of products. This does not cover electrical damage caused by improper charging or storage. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and not damage from use or abuse.
We guarantee all glass parts to be unbroken upon delivery. We can NOT guarantee glass parts against breakage with use. We are not responsible for injury from broken glass.
We guarantee coils to not be DOA (dead on arrival). Due to differences in use and the capability of high output batteries to burn out a coil we can not offer warranty beyond 48 hours after delivery on coils. YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF ANY DEFECTIVE COILS WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY. Unfortunately with coils their lifespan is very use dependent. It is important you use coils within manufacturer specifications to prolong lifespan.
We can only take returns or exchanges on items that have not been used with any substance banned under South Dakota or United States Federal law. DO NOT ship us any items used for such purpose. Our products are for adults 18+ only. All products sold are for legal use only. Buyer accepts all responsibility for keeping products out of reach of minors. Products not sold or intended for use with tobacco, nicotine, or illegal drugs.
Any product returned must be empty of any flammable fluids.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help get to the bottom of it.
Sale items that meet return requirements will refunded at the sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll help you out.

If your item is defective and returned for exchange we will absolutely cover shipping! Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ship exchanges within the continental United States.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
