Product/Manufacturer Video Misleading

None of the syringe tips would fit inside the majority of my cartridges (Fuego) as they were too wide. Also, the product is portrayed as able to extract remaining oil in cartridges, but the oil level has to be quite high for this to work, at least above the ~1-2mm level in many of mine.

I wish the product description was EXPLICIT that the oil level must be high to extract and offered thinner syringe tips to fit in more types of cartridges.
