The service was very good and delivery had good timing .But the issue is that YOCAN Evolve D Plus Battery does not have a atomizer base that is supposed to be on top of battery . Could this means that I need to buy the base separately

Such pretty vape pen batteries. I ordered 2, 1 was perfect. The other won’t charge. I have never had that problem before. I am sure that they will make it right. The one that does work is so pretty, works well, and feels good in the hand.
